In an inevitable turn of events, while maybe one man alone is making efforts to keep us away from wars, indeed the continuation of the last two centuries political lies and harsh manipulations, the world is once again confronted by battles on at least two continents. In the meantime, the media covers the Academy Awards/Oscars, the Broadway Tony Awards, the trials of a criminal cartel where one famous rapper seems to have played all the roles and anything that can possibly distract from the horrors each nation is going through while losing men and women and their children whether kidnapped or killed.
Remember President Kennedy’s commencement address (American University,1963), debating the need for peace and cooperation between nations (the US & the Soviet Union of the days), while underlining the belief that humans can count on reason and ingenuity. Can we then overcome the most thought-provoking topics of global significance such as poverty and war? Recently, Jeffrey Sachs in a much-publicized interview claimed that this American President would end the War between Ukraine and Russia, but then the Iran-Israel conflict fired up more questions as to who owns or owes who, & with no Iron Dome defense strong enough to hold back new death tolls on both sides, maybe another nuclear theme on all front pages. Since my early youth a fan of all detectives Agatha or Conan propelled, I admit that after reading most of George Sherlock Webb's last month’s Doyle-ing over DC, I can but think that maybe the way the Potus47versusSmurfusMuskUS is but a Conan Doyle fine cognac strategy, conceived as one of the finest intrigues the creator of Holmes & Watson ever wrote. Is a duo of the richest man on planet Earth and the highly acclaimed President playing the entire weaponry of mass distraction both in the field of corrupt finances and deadly war games? The general public may never understand that most of our world is steeped in great need of being entertained by the gratuitous effect of easy lies rather than questioning any of the televised and paperclipped truths! We are rather fighting, not against a Moriarty evil villain, but a well-oiled army of such cloned (?) and otherworldly entities we are unfamiliar with to say the least.
The question is not even how long the present administration will survive this exhausting criminal series, longer than any Marcel Proust or Downton Abbey! More than one alternative channel has stated the USA has a Timeliner leader, no Watson by his side but maybe another alien, to push humanity to another level of understanding of who we really are and where we come from. If so, both love the human race, so where did they land from? Planet Truth would make a great answer and an endless new television series: to boldly go where no lies ever passed through a black hole! Yet, Open Ai (Google) writes that: PolitiFact's “Truth-O-Meter” shows that politicians and partisan media often make a mix of true, half-true, and false claims. NewsGuard gives trust ratings to news websites and reports that about 20% of U.S. news websites (as of a recent survey) fail to meet basic standards of credibility and transparency. Of course, inaccurate and one-sided interpretations, neglecting key information or context, amplifying, embellishing or distorting the content are now a second skin to both political, entertainment and financial industries especially when social media go at war, daily, with the truth. That social media has a field day with misinformation and it can take years to prove the contrary; the Russia Hoax was more than just one definite example. Another enigma is the fact that AI can be programmed a lot easier than expected to a version of real facts serving the purpose of its masters! Imagine that generations to come will believe what has been written or televised, with online footage & videotapes set in motion by today’s rulers.(below photo courtesy George Webb)
Like the Crusades, there are wars fought over the colonization of landmasses, with a religion as excuse. Missionaries have been sent to convince the aborigines, the natives on all continents of our own western beliefs and then we are surprised that Arab States are in disarray with the West. It’s here that certain heads of state are able to make the difference for they show respect for the other traditions and the land that is theirs. Well, I can certainly name one leader who does it from the heart though his opponent will declare it is all business as usual. While the power struggles on our planet take their merry turn not in such a good way, the destruction of the innocence of childhood and the massacre by the hand of fame & fortune hungry stars is taking front page online and in glossy magazines. It seems the often-ridiculous dresses of a MET gala are but a veiling extension of the Epstein crowds or Diddy sagas. So will we continue to buy into the system, one that has been active since man learned how to read? Is history from the beginning of time based upon the deception and frivolous murals dressed in inventive and colorful tapestries leading us into a labyrinth void of a center? There can be no solution or higher wisdom when we play along with the general press, even the alternative information centers and online groups, who may initially mean well; all is being jeopardized and confusion is the best tactical approach to create more misperception and even a nuclear war. There will always be more StarWars, Luke Skywalkers and Dark Vaders and when we continue to believe in them and play with such evil, we feed them more energy and bring them in a forever existence. Will we gently befriend AI so we bond for the better of the Whole? Whose choice is it but ours, and is it ? (AI created art work)
